Enchanted Day is a creator operations and brand strategy studio Enchanted Day LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, operated by Mia Grace Calapardo, based in Republic of the Philippines. 2. Services Offered
Enchanted Day offers the following services:
- The Aligned Creator Retainer — Monthly done-with-you strategic support
- Creator Operations Management — Done-for-you operational support
- Creator–Brand Matchmaking & Campaigns — Partnership management for brands
- Creator Business Strategy Intensives — One-day or 4-week strategy sessions
- Signal — Monthly membership for online entrepreneurs
- Flourish by Design — Private community and resources
- Digital products — Workbooks, templates, and downloadable resources
Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements or product descriptions at time of purchase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our services or make a purchase. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Payment Terms
Retainer & Membership Services
Recurring services (retainer, Signal membership) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Payment is due on the billing date associated with your account. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
One-Time Purchases
Digital products, intensives, and one-time services are charged in full at time of purchase. All prices are in USD.
Founding Member Pricing
Founding member rates are locked for the lifetime of the original subscription. Rate locks are forfeited if a subscription is cancelled and later reactivated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Enchanted Day websites — including copy, methodology, frameworks (including the Aligned Action Framework and Signal methodology), templates, course content, and designs — is the intellectual property of Mia Grace Calapardo / Enchanted Day and is protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or repurpose any content without prior written permission. Personal use of purchased materials is permitted. Teaching or licensing our frameworks to others requires a separate written agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
For service-based engagements, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information required for service delivery
- Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
- Complete any necessary onboarding steps
- Honor the scope of service as agreed in your service agreement
We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if client responsibilities are not met, without obligation to refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Enchanted Day and Mia Grace Calapardo are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or content. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate service for violation of these Terms, abusive conduct, or non-payment, without refund obligation.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Enchanted Day LLC is a Delaware Limited Liability Company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware with respect to the LLC's formation and internal structure.
For disputes arising from services rendered, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith written negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Please contact us at miagrace@enchantedday.co before initiating any claim — most concerns can be resolved directly and promptly.
Enchanted Day LLC reserves the right to seek enforcement in any jurisdiction where the client resides or where damages occurred. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
