Signal Membership
Monthly Plan
Signal is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
Annual Plan
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from the original purchase date. If you cancel within 14 days and have not accessed the membership content, we will issue a full refund.
Founding Member Pricing
Founding member rates are a one-time offer locked to the original subscription. Cancellation forfeits the founding rate permanently.
The Aligned Creator Retainer
Retainer engagements require a 30-day written cancellation notice sent to miagrace@enchantedday.co. No refunds are issued for completed service months. If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables in a given month, we will either complete outstanding work or issue a prorated credit at our discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate a retainer engagement with 14 days notice if the client relationship is not productive, with a prorated refund for undelivered services in the current month.
Creator Operations Management
Same policy as the Aligned Creator Retainer above. All terms are outlined in the individual service agreement signed at onboarding.
Strategy Intensives
Cancellation by Client
- More than 7 days before session: full refund or reschedule
- 3–7 days before session: 50% refund or reschedule once
- Less than 72 hours before session: no refund; reschedule fee applies
- No-shows: no refund, no reschedule
Cancellation by Enchanted Day
If we cancel or reschedule an intensive, you will receive a full refund or priority reschedule at your choice.
Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products (workbooks, templates, reports, content calendars), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a product you purchased, contact us within 7 days at miagrace@enchantedday.co and we will resolve it promptly.
Flourish by Design Community
Monthly access is non-refundable after the billing date. Annual access follows the same 14-day refund window as Signal above.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to miagrace@enchantedday.co with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
